I’m not answering this directly to anyone because I’m sure it will turn into a stupid war of words, but I have to say: ignorance is daring! You call this amateur? And that Lady GaGa would had done it better? Honey, first of all you need your hearing checked; second, with all due respect to Lady Gaga, whose music I actually enjoy, she couldn’t do it better, because when Aretha was singing this, GaGa wasn’t even DREAMING of being born. Aretha had been a PROFESSIONAL singer more than 40 YEARS!
@doston1
r u really comparing Lady Gaga to Aretha Franklin
is there something wrong with u, this is Aretha Franklin we’re talking about.
don’t get me wrong i fine noting wrong with Lady Gaga but she has noting on Aretha Franklin
@OliverB515 i dont give a fuck what rolling stone magazine says. look at their list of 100 greatest guitar players, they havent a fuckin clue about music. dylan is an ok singer, but a magnificent song writer.
Lady Gaga could sing this way better. Watch out so called “Soul” singers….you have blond power to watch out for!! This sounds so amateur…I’d rather see something with a little SOUL not just this uneven singing. This needs to be sung EURO style!
who dare mention lady gaga in the same sentence as Aretha!!!! i love lady gaga, shes a fresh breeze from bad rock&bad hiphop…comparing gaga to Aretha is saying that plastic wins over nature..
